Drycha would have no power over them, Beastmen and Norsca would likely be able to recruit them, however.
Drycha is not tainted by Chaos, she has a vengeance against the Elves, and it twisted her, but nothing to do with Chaos.
Honestly... I just think it would be a cool aesthetic with bot the Elemental Incarnate of Beasts, Things in the Woods, and the dryads and beasts making a truly monstrous looking army.
Drycha is tainted by chaos, the blood spilled by... I forget the beastman's name, that one that keeps dying and coming back, the horribly mutated one, hes one of the LL... I can't remember his blasted name. His blood tainted the soil of her home and the wounds he left on her festered into a sort of chaos taint within her being.

Long ago, Drycha held court amongst the roots of Addaivoch, the once-glorious creature known in recent times as the Tree of Woe. Most believe that Drycha lost her mind when Morghur's death tainted that ground forever, but in truth, she was capricious and malevolent for many long years before that tragedy. Drycha remembers well the days before the coming of the Wood Elves, and has ever rued the folly that shackled the forest to mortal whim and fate
She was malevolent before, but that isn't to say the taint didn't spread to her. It is in HER glade after all, and we all know how chaos corrupts, or are you saying chaos 100% has no influence on Drycha at all or her glade (Despite having corrupted it with its taint)
You're free to believe what fits you the best. I'm not making the lore.
While you could be right, unless they explicitly say so, I'll stick to what's canon.
Just like you're in your right to think the Things in the Woods should be recruitable by Drycha (which I don't feel is right neither ~ similar to how some units from SoC will be accessible to WoC - considering they already got too much - : I feel some should be exclusive to Tzeentch. But I don't make the rules).
By implying Drycha is tainted, they keep other Tree Spirits away from her, because they also fear getting corrupted, more than they hate the Elves for enslaving them with the Waystones.
