Is it possible to earn Steam achievements related to Nurgle's Plague?

One of the Nurgle-related achievements is to unlock all Plague ingredients.(Elements of Decay)

but with the recent release of ToD, the plague system has been revamped, is this achievement still possible?

All Nurgle lords have plague mechanic + Festus

Yes, I got those achievements with Epidemius last month.

You gotta use every plague effect at least once to unlock it now.
