Asrai are the ones who didn't pick a side: they tend to favor both Kurnous and Anath Raema.
So the three races you mentioned are nasty pieces of work, worship gods that are considered evil, but they do -not- worship the Chaos Gods (Except a small number of Dark Elf lawbreakers)
As said above, Elves'n'Delves share a pantheon. Skaven follow the Horned Rat, which is a minor chaos god. Chorfs follow Hashut, also a minor chaos god.
and he has 5 minutes, and on a new game in something else, thats not a new player. 5 mins is not enough to watch the opening cuscene 1 time and look at the available campaigns and lords. He is trolling.
Make sense, except about the skavens. What exactly are they? are they spawns of chaos through corruption from chaos?( like the beastmen) or did they spawn from chaos itself? because how else did they come to be with their own god
No one knows for sure where Skaven came from. There's a story about a town that builds a bell tower with the help of a mysterious stranger who only asked for the bell to have horns as his payment for aid. The bell rang and brought misfortune and every night the bell would ring one more time than before and bring greater troubles. When it finally rang a 13th time the entire town was empty save for rats. Whether this is their origin or just something that happened is unclear.
They are a chaos faction, but are probably the most isolated chaos faction. The Horned Rat steps on the toes of both Nurgle (plagues) and Tzeentch (schemes) and they aren't well liked by anyone, not to mention their love of backstabbing. Unlike the Chaos Dwarfs who worship Hashut and will work with any chaos faction so long as the pay is good. Incidentally that's also where Chaos Warriors get their Hellcannons and a good amount of their weapons, trading with Chaos Dwarfs. Skaven will "work" with you but will most likely betray you at the first opportunity and bail, unless they're really scared of pissing you off.
