That would make him start relatively "close"(counting the purple sea lane to get there) of Fellheart, and of a pontential Yin Yin addition for Cathay, as the 3 big non vampire coast fleet admirals.
Alternatively, starting in Lustria's coast would be relatively fine. Maybe north of Rakarth or something, relatively close of several sea lanes.
They could also go for a more lore related location, with his campaigns in Norsca in particular making him start somwhere on the coast around there; maybe not too far of Marienburg, just in case the player want to burn it again.
Still, while a more lore friendly location wouldn't be bad, I would still prefer him to start relatively close of sea lanes to open sea related choices.
Aislinn is the chief admiral ("Sea Lord") of the High Elf fleet. He's basically warhammer's Admiral Nelson. A noble in command of the strongest sea force in the world, with an insane tactical talent to back it up.
His campaign and bonuses will probably be heavily sea centric, port related, and elven marine force related (sea guards, sea patrol, seahelm, skycutter, potentially some minor sea elves forces that are often hired on the High Elf ships, etc.).
Pretty sure both of these we're added with the Legendary Characters mod or Mixu's legendary lords. Not really anyone's fault people don't use mods, but their own.
