What's the practical mod limit?
I know that we don't have a hard cap for mod limit any longer, but at what point do you get to too many mods causing game lags or other performance issues? 50? 100? A lot more?

Wow, really? Hmm, I am playing on about 60 but was nervous. I guess I can add another dozen or so that were on the batter's box, so to speak.

I went up to 100 in IE with no issues. Except having to spend ages testing which mod works right and which doesn't when a new patch came out.

Yeah, I can imagine. I tend to avoid complex or even just large mods for this reason.

Currently playing with 302 mods :S. Loading times are a bit harsh but other than that pretty stable

Pretty sure you're going to run out of compatible mods that you want to use long before any sort of mod-count overflow bug was a risk.

Academically it would be a power of 2 number so 512, 1024, 2048 etc.

For a time the game (back in wh2 iirc) would crash around 180 even if everything was compatible.
