Plus dealing with electors is like herding wet cats.
I've only played chorfs once (astragoth) and it seemed ,to my limited experience, they'd all play fairly similarly. I'm pondering chorfs for my next playthrough so would be most appreciative of discourse.
Astrogoth is right next to Grimgor, and his neighbors are minor factions, so he is easiest. Zhatan is further away, bit if you pay him enough Kholek will help you kill him. Villitch will probably also require being paid off not to sucker punch you.
Drazhoath can not deal with Grimgor in a timely manner, as he is surrounded by Imrik, Tretch, Greasus, and potentially Kugath or Ghorst if their war ends quickly. Drazhoath is guaranteed to have to fight Grimgor during a Waagh and is already out of control.
Be'lakor gets a bad reputation on the tactical side (not as great in battle as some LL's), but it's actually a great campaign and I agree with the quote. The teleporting alone is a hugely convenient ability, let alone the other parts. And you start in place that isn't a complete mess to operate from... it's a good starting spot, too.
Be'lakor is pretty solid, too, with having all four rosters available of the mono-gods.
It's a great campaign to play Be'lakor in IE. Wasn't thrilled with him in Realms of Chaos, but IE is pretty sweet for him.
