Just writing here that I think most of would love it, preferably LOTR cause Star wars has guns, idk how would you make them, also sith/jedi would be questionable. Whos with me ?

In a lot of ways LOTR would compare poorly to warhammer.

Warhammer has more magic
A larger more diverse map
More races
More defined faction identities
More characters to be legendary lords

Because of all of that it would be a hard sell to convince people to change over to the new game long term.

Lord of the rings would certainly have an appeal. But you'd basically deal with less of everything and only go for the Lord of the Rings appeal.

But I just don't see a Starwars version that would work well.


If you actually want content you should aim for the Free bucket of ideas that is Folk lore stuff from all regions of the world.

Vikings with their Nordic Gods. Frost titans and that.
Ancient Egypt and their Gods
Japan and their whole Demons from their folk lore. Along with Japanese faction too.
King of England with Excalibur and holy knights.
Indians in America that could be made to Summoners of spirit and Shamans. Maybe Bigfoot could be part of it.
You can throw in Vampires, skeletons, undead, ghosts, spirits and monsters.

You don't need to pay any royalties to anyone to use these things. There are a ton of stuff.

Sure they could re use a lot of content from Warhammer series due to this. But it would be Folk lore stories.

TW Warhammer has 3 games, because of what you sayed. We could get Hobbit + LOTR content from movies and it would be incredible game !!

I don't know that even one of the warhammer games is a fair comparison for the amount of content you would be able to make out of LOTR and the Hobbit.

Really if they wanted to go into fiction, they really could do better making their own IP.
