I would Elspeth. she seems more of a unique Lord. for the Empire. The only other Magic Lord is Gelt. Soooo I kinda think she has more value. I dont really know if Emmanuelle is that good of a fighter in Melee/Ranged or also a Mage but she seems kinda boring to me,

She is actually a capable fighter, mage and leader. Not to mention she has connections with fighting Tamurkhan.

Emmanuelle is your typical born with a silver spoon in their mouth pompous noble lady that is barely competent.

Emanuelle is an interesting character in the lore. And her brother Leos is (was) the strongest duelist in the empire. Unless she was combined with him like the Tzeentch-twins as a character, she would be sadly useless on the battlefield.

What is its uniqueness if there is already Gelt? That is, the lord magician already exists for the empire.

Emanuelle can be a marksman with a rifle. And have good diplomacy and trade bonuses. This is a unique part of the Empire, with no alternative.

And? Boris actually led battles, has fighting qualities and leadership qualities.

The engineering school grew rich despite her. You could remove her and they would had done just as well, if not better.

Emanuelle has no redeeming qualities other then "she looks pretty".

Elspeth von Draken is the only logical choice for actual legendary lord if one must pick between the 2.
