Chaos Dwarfs are your Enemy, Forever
It's not about me vs them, it's them vs everyone else.
Basically I'm playing a long campaign with Fellheart and after dealing with Cathay the following became my reality in the game:

1. Chaos Dwarf factions are powerful and they are friends with each other and their natural friends are Chaos as well so all 3+ of them have no issues going up against anyone.
- I'm at war with them so I took a lot of territory from all of them by being cheeky and making war and peace with individual factions in order to avoid getting rolled over.

2. Chaos Dwarfs had at some point territories from the Dragon Isles-Wyrm Pass-Mountains of Mourn to the east, all to Mootland-Stirland to the west and all north is basically them and Chaos adding they have had control over settlements as far south as Blightwater-Broken Teeth. The Chaos from north had at some point the walls and Bone-Gunpowder Road provinces as well.
- They have so many settlements that it looks like an eternal war with them, I have no problems expanding but if it weren't for me actually winning battles against them the game would have been over by now and Chaos Dwarfs would have been the clear winners and even I win against them by constantly having at least 4 armies that go together at multiple fronts and I bait them to take bad battles by sneaking around and by having Black Arks in range if possible by river or sea.

3. The other factions are not doing anything special against the Chaos Dwarfs even when I weakened them, their settlements are not in danger for any opportunistic faction, at least that's how it looks.
- Since I became powerful the other factions hate me just as much as the Chaos Dwarfs and that part of the world has no Dark Elves so I'm solo vs the world. But I had no choice, if I had decided to sail to the other side of the world I wouldn't have managed to defend my Cathay lands at all, the Chaos and the C.Dwarfs would have beaten me, I had to expand on that side in order to prevent my downfall but I had no idea that they have taken so much land that I'm forced to not stop expanding till I find myself somewhere in Averland...

TLDR:
Chaos Dwarfs paint the map and nobody can stop them, I was lucky to avoid dealing with them till Cathay fell and I took full advantage of that so Fellheart is strong but otherwise Chaos Dwarfs are just too powerful as AI in comparison to all other AI factions.

Unbalanced faction, AI shows it. The game is suffering from the latest DLC that is OP.

I can agree that Chaos dwarfs are very strong.

As someone who plays the Chorfs a lot and loves them, if you want them dead, team up with Grimgor lol

In most of my games Grimgor seems to steamroll the Chorfs. The power of WAAAGH is just too much for the little guys to handle.

It took me three campaigns to kill the bastard, and that's just on easy difficulty.

Grimgor kills em most of the time in my campaigns, so does that mean Greenskins are OP?
No.. campaigns often go different ways at least for me. There are a few factions that come out on top more often than others but i don't really see the problem with that tbh.

How many times did you get that scenario?

My experiences has been different (mostly Normal/normal, with few minor mods). Usually Azzag OR Ungrim OR Skarsnik hobble Astrogoth who always seem to over extend north. Drazhoath usually disappear because of Greasus OR Trench OR Imrik. Zhatan usually sticks around, small and irrelevant off in the corner of the map.

That is a dozen games (100ish turns) playing as Ikit, Wurzag, Thorgim, Karl franz and Zhatan (which skews the results).
