Otherwise you get it from RoC.
Who has time for that ever tho.
Correct.
Specifically I typically have 20+ armies and am capturing 10+ cities a turn for the last 5-10 turns there. So on turn 75 I might have only had 190ish cities captured, for example.
It starts out with more like one city every few turns, of course, but things ramp up dramatically.
The turn 83 was with Malekith (Dark Elves). Turn 128 with Vlad (Vampire Counts), turn 119 with Karl Franz (Empire), turn 110 with Alariella (High Elves). I could definitely have shaved off some time with Vlad and Karl, I was gunning for Long Victory and then Crisis victory but accidentally won Domination Victory first.
I most recently won turn 55 Long Victory as Skarsnik...if I pushed for Domination I imagine I could win that by turn 90ish at the latest with that start so far.
-*in Brooklyn Accent*"Is this your steak knife Mr. Bailey?"
-*Normal voice* "I've never seeen it before in my life. Perhaps the bird was unhappy."
I would have killed that owl, don't think I wouldn't have. I've killed birds before, it wouldn't be the first time. I've killed two birds in my life, and I did it with one stone.
I've seen a couple people saying domination works in IE recently but nothing official.
Then I remembered that it was so long ago that the advice is probably completely wrong.
Just for information, I just got the achievement in IE by resolving a final crisis (wood elves)
