As for the Orthodoxy if you can't declare war on them just try and win the supporters race or hope an "unfortunate accident" happens and some other, enemy faction captures Erengard. Don't know how they got it anyway, the Orthodoxy doesn't start with any of the major Kislevite cities, guess you were too slow.
I'd recommend a Katarin campaign, wiping out Roppmann's Clan, and confederating all the minor Kislev factions as fast as you can.
