These are the only considerations.
SSD will feel very different to a HDD.
But not all SSD's are the same so it can vary (poor to really quite quick).
The game does use the memory you have, so the other option is to have a lot of memory; after a few battles your loading times will become much shorter, at least some of the time.
Memory can also be an issue. Both speed and size, depending on how much CA loads into it.
Edit: I'm guessing it's the HD though. WH2 was actually when I finally switched to an SSD and it made a huge difference. Then I got an NVMe and another large SSD shortly after.
