Report a translation problem
since this one has races accustomed to the climates they start on
nothings is impossible
problems are with having the factions be functional when moved
no matter what you do, the empire isnt going to have a good time in the chaos wastes
its the first step in creation
too bad Creative Assembly is no longer creative ;]
makes no sense, especially since they would have to argue its creation with GW
this would come as a mod if it ever came at all
And let you pic some details like civ 6 maps.. like size, land mass, resource scarcity, etc.
Maybe let you check/uncheck including factions/lords as well.
It would add an amazing layer of fun to the game.

Random map is a bit more than you can get in a mod, though. It seems rather unlikely for CA to make with the current engine/licence.
I would recommend Age of Wonders 4 if that's what you want. Great game and you can make most Warhammer Fantasy factions in it if that's your thing, no problem.
Cool.
But still it is fun to spitball.
AoW4 sucks btw.
I've been asking for this for years and now that modders are able to make custom maps it might be possible
a total war with procedural generated campaign map will be awesome, but it would have to be another IP, Warhammer already got a world map and tbh GW probably wouldn't like it.
same can be said if CA decided to make med3 but instead of europe made a procedural generated campaign map, then im pretty sure the historical fans would get mad too.
I mean you can EASILY provide a lore reason. Something about different dimensions, mirrors of madness style what have you.
I mean very basic creativity can make it a thing.
Just like there's no skaven in 40k cause of the warp dimension stuff.
Cool.
We'll keep having fun spitballing.
