Report a translation problem
1.) Different mods are in use by the involved parties (or more insidiously, the same mods in a different order, since both mod sorting is worse in 3 than 2 and the checksum is more strict in 3 than 2). This can be sorted by manually reviewing your modlists and checking modified.txt in %appdata%\TheCreativeAssembly|Warhammer 3\logs to be sure.
2.) Either the game itself or one or more mods did not update properly via steam for at least one party. Restarting steam typically resolves this, though in the case of mods, unsubscribing and resubscribing - potentially with manual removal of the associated files if something goes wrong further - may be necessary.
3.) The update has caused the save file to be "old", preventing its loading. This can be circumvented via settings, but may cause instability. This is also unlikely to be the case due to the nature of the latest update.
