co-op campaign issue
when my friend and i are playing a 2 player co-op immortal empires campaign, one of us will receive a "player was dropped from the game" message every few minutes on the campaign map, sending us both back to the main menu. both of our internet connections are stable, we have reinstalled the game, verified files, etc. but this issue keeps happening every few minutes. has anyone else encountered this? what can be done?

Yep, same thing. Every second consequent turn ends up with someone's game crashing. Neither reloading previous save nor completely restarting campaign helps. Basically coop campaign is unplayable for us both.
I have returned to the game after 6 months absence. instead of smooth coop experience I used to have I get this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Have you guys tried having the host email the guest the save file? I have not yet experienced your problem, and don't know if this will fix it, but this has been the coop desync solution since MP campaigns have existed in TW. Worth a shot.

you're having desync issues, happens usually in the later 70+ turn area, the easiest solution is as rocky said, have the host mail, or drop in discord the save file for the campaign to cooperators and it should resolve alot of the issues.

Synchronize your windows clock. Fixed it for me and my friend.

this issue occurs on turn 1 or 2 of new campaigns

i appreciate the thought, but this tried-and-true method hasn't worked for us as this issue occurs during any new campaigns as well
