I literally just started a kislev campaign- that's what I'm basing my argument on. Within 50 turns, Prague and the other small Kislev faction were able to accept confederation. The Skaven just north of prague was easily taken out. I was able to hang out up there with ease because the wood elf faction at gryphon wood didn't go hostile on me but insisted on going to take out the orcs just east of Fort Jakova, which had no standing army and also didn't declare war on me. It was just a steam roll of both of those factions. The Chaos dwarves swept up the coast and had Novchozy and Yetchitch, but as soon as I took them back, they sued for peace! I couldn't believe it! I'm now comfortably holding on to all the kislev territory at turn 53 without so much as lifting a finger.
The Vampire Counts have barely expeanded outside their comfort zone and it looks like I will easily be able to take them.
VH feels like Very Easy. Nobody is declaring war on me and when I declare war on a faction, they quickly sue for peace. This is bad.
Edit: Vlad had a full stack at Castle Templehof. Instead of staying, it fled. I just put Templehof under siege, and the garrisoned army just attacked me without support and was easily outmatched. WTF???
