Game is suddenly capped at 30fps?

I have just started playing warhammer 3 again and when in battle i am capped at 30fps?
Last time i played i was above 60fps everyrime?
I go above 60 fps when on the map but when in battle its capped at 30 fps?
I am at 1920 x1080 resolution.
My rig is.
32 gigs of mem.
RyEn 3600 cpu.
Rx 5700 gfx card.
600 watt psu.

As i said it had been well above this last time i played but trying now it is locked at 30 fps and doesn't budge in battle not in the map.

Go back through your options and check for FPS caps, as well as whatever AMD offers you (I'm unfamiliar with AMD graphics cards)

I seemed to of fixed it was a reshade option i ticked off, think it was a bloom setting.
Fps gone back up.
