If you wanna get rid of it entirely. Haven't tested yet properly if it works or not, but only one I've really seen that ONLY affects it and nothing else.
I want to keep woodelves safe just for the sake of it but can't unless I keep giving them money they end up not using so all factions get wiped off of the map because of strategic threat.
