Wut.
Edit: Checked, he's half right. It has Welfs, but not Helfs.
There are many users on this forum who require your teachings about the glory of Eldyra and the High Elves.
Although i think there are some other good HE lords too
Dark Elf Popularity Rating 7.7%
Wood Elf Popularity Rating 6.4%
Empire 5.6%
For the human faction, they had a decent result. But as you know, Warhammer is a story about Elves. They made another universe for the people of the Empire - the Age of Sigmar.

They added a lot of lords for Chaos and removed all the order content (Southern Kingdoms, Eonir, High Elves) which pretty much broke the balance of the game.
Laurelorn Forest is a huge area in which there are many cities of the Eonir elves, they emphasized the Old World, and removed such an important power for the scenario and balance. In the forests of Talabecland there are the ruins of an Elven city, which was destroyed by the dwarves, this is an excellent location for Eldyra.
And if we talk about 3 Lords, then they should be Elector Countess and Grand Countess Emmanuelle von Liebwitz
1 - Eldyra for High Elves
2 - Marrisith for Eonir
3 - Emmanuelle for Empire
This is the content most fans wanted and it will bring balance back to the game.
If you ask me, I think it's likely that the High Elves and the Dark Elves will be covered in the in the mysterious Slaanesh DLC they are releasing this spring[assetsio.reedpopcdn.com]. Slaanesh is heavily involved with both races so I think it would be the perfect fit. It would also address people's complaints about the three Lords in the last DLC not being related or having a story involved with each other.
Such a huge number of Chaos Lords will not bring success to the franchise when the community from the release of the game wanted a living Laurelorn Forest and Eonir in it. Now the Nordland location is a wasteland, despite the fact that it should have a lot of objects for Eonir and the Empire. Because of this, the game has a very poor balance of power.
I could understand when in game 1 there were no objects in the old world. But for game 3, it looks really bad. The empire is empty, all provinces are not formed. The High Elves suffered from this in game 2, when all the Kingdoms were empty, without personality and separate mechanics. They were obliged to form Marienburg. Conceptually they have chosen very poor solutions for the current DLC and I don't see much future from Nurgle and Dwarfs. Game 3 needs a basis for the order of the High Elf Colony<>Empire<>Eonir.
They returned to save us.
