If there is no Slaanesh factions left how do you get rid of the gift of Slaanesh that is on characters?

Interesting idea... That could work if I find a natural enough 'spring' of it. And drop the affected chars in the area.

I don't recall the exact effects, (how much they corrupt with the mark,) but if you have a handful of characters affected you could have them corrupt somewhere unstable by standing around and then raid when the corruption is high to cause a rebellion.

Everyone always thinks Slaanesh gives them sexytimes, but they never account for when Slaanesh gives them an obsession with bodybuilding, and they start needing to eat 6 war mammoths a day to fuel their gains!

It should disappear if the faction that applied it gets wiped out. That is what I have been seeing in High Elves vs N'kari in Immortal Empires and Cathay vs Azazel in Realms of Chaos.
