1. Make the camps movable. Mods do this and its a simple easy and effective upgrade. (25% speed and cant attack even makes a huge difference). Its absolutely silly that a nomadic camp isnt allowed to actually be a nomadic camp.
2. Make greasus's cart an optional mount. I spent his whole quest battle failing to get an attack off against a monster because the carts pathing and animations are that bad. Currently you're much better off to make a tyrant lord your "main" lord and just park greasus somewhere. Removal of his cart would make him a viable pick.
3. Add a teir 1-2 ogre hunter javelin squad. Leadbelchers are great, but maneaters with ogre pistols being teir 5 is very late and it would be nice to have something before then
4. Add a cooking pot mechanic like grom.
5. Rework the food mechanic, its pretty boring. Ditto big names.
6. Mercenary contracts should
a) give you trespassing immunity from the faction that issued it
b) give you at least 10x (maybe 100x) the current rewards
c) have the targets be generally closer to you
7. give them a better economy. They have, I think, the worst economy in the game, and expensive units.

I wholeheartedly agree with most of your points!
I think Point 3 is not that much of an issue, gnoblar trappers work enmasse fairly well for the missile-purpose.
Add some more of the Gnoblar Horde/unwashed masses stuff, as well as Yetis and the missing range Monster (one might get the idea of adding blood vultures as cheap flyers/ reskin the damn carrionbirds of khemri lol)
To 5. Bignames could be better AND be active all at once. The whole Point of getting them is Bragging rights for the holder of that name. And chaining them all together and even having gnoblars help to remember them in lore, is the norm for ogres. so why do i have to choose one?! (easy fixed by mod, and it enhances the experience even without buffing the effects quite drastically)
in addition to 7. and some meaningfull tech. some useless tech for early units is so far ahead in the techtree, one barely sees it taking effect for one might have phased out all most of their bulls for maneaters or ironguts (hell, even ironguts could get some proper tech please)
Yupp, and very few only get the Ogre Kingdoms after the release, It needs that update every 3 months to bring some excitement about Ogre Kingdoms, like people would want to complete a legendary. i got this pre-release.
Its a good thing that Norsca is gonna be getting updates next year additional 4 lords for Norsca finally.
I thought it said legacy factions? Updates on legacy factions? Norca is the only 1 that has no update. The way I see it they would need Marauder champions with javelins. Even better for me if they are marauder champions with spear and shield and throws javs. They only have 35 block chance like the rest of em. Norsca does not need lancer cavalries. Their charge is already OP.
