You can see a kind of minority people who cares about LegendOfTotalWar here and of course, it's irrelevant to the game.
He is an idol for those who hate CA and badmouth the game as Warhammer Total War, he was also a youtuber of historical Total War.
(Also he insulted his fan who is on disability.)
He cares that he was "blacklisted" because it's his business model to be upset about something and telling his viewers to be upset about something. This is him trying to generate a controversy. He makes money by making videos criticizing Creative Assembly for outrage views and clicks. That's how his entire channel works, it lives on stoking controversy for subs and views.
I don't know whether or not the things he says are his honest opinion, but if they are he spends all his time playing games he professes to hate and the only reason to do that is popularity and cash. Like an honest game critic would play a new game they didn't like a few times and give a review and move on to something else. Legend just keeps playing and complaining about Total War. That's his whole schtick.
If they aren't his opinions, he is even more dishonest.
Either way, he's monetizing outrage and it makes him primarily a toxic presence for the community. From CA's perspective, there is no benefit to partnering with him in any way.

I can't blame him for being grumpy cause I am too. WH2 was pretty damn amazing from start to finish. Great content for a great price and I bought everything. WH3 was garbage at launch and took forever to get fixed. Then when it finally got to a pretty good spot they started insane price hikes that made the nutty inflation in other products look like nothing.
As for the whole "outrage sells", more power to him if he finds increased success for calling out CA on their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
That said I doubt he hates the game. He probably hates seeing it fall into ruin and is pissed at CA for doing so. No one likes seeing one of their favorite things dragged through the mud and ruined. Even more so if it's just for corporate profit.
The only person this negatively affects is Legend, since he will have to buy the products on day one like everybody, therefore he'll lose out on pre-release coverage.
Players shouldn't pre-order or buy on day one and should wait for reviews anyway, so one fewer pre-release reviewer is not going to change anything from a consumer standpoint.
That should go without saying, although I'm confident that would be spelled out in full or heavily implied in the contract 'influencers' have with CA. Only Legend seems too thick to understand.
Companies don't give early access of their product to reviewers and influencers because they're nice, but because it benefits them. it shouldn't take a genius to understand that if you're going to reflect poorly on the company, it's not going to want to be associated with you.
-there, fixed it for you, you're welcome
But in general, if you think people are mad at CA because of influencers, you're missing what's going on with CA games as well as the broader conversation about quality in gaming taking place.
