all you have to do is look at his channel and browse his video views, the vids of him not ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on TWP or CA have 30k to 40k views, the ones where he is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on CA and TWP have 230k. views. This is obviously influencing the tone of his videos, they're pure sensationalism at this point.

Yeah... so if all he cared about was clicks why would he make any content not "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on CA" You literally just disproved your own argument.

Some people like legend is only interest in making a buck for himself. Even if it kills or hurts the company which he leechs from initially. If anything I'd try to get him, just for the sake of retribution by itself, nothing more fair in my books.

That's also good, you could transfer some of the marketing budget to him.
However, he better make sales, otherwise it would've been wasted resources...

But without a proper contract, there isn't anything stopping him for asking more, which would be a big problem, if he asks for more than the possible revenue that could be allocated for this 'office branch' of marketing, not to mention he could do a poor job at selling, and not be worthy of a new payment.

Then he may as well do what he does best, drama doubled down, because now, he knows he can also get paid to not talk.

Legend is one of the most rational and sensible TW content creators on YT.
He did some videos explaining in detail his views on the recent CA screwups and he is completely reasonable on his criticism. He is right on the money on his statements and doesnt bendover for CA (like Zerkovich for example),

Iirc, the first time he got blacklisted, he was being edgy and making swatstikas after battles.

Second time, he broke NDA and was showing off confidential e-mails between him and CA employees.

He's ♥♥♥♥♥♥ back on the creator's program after both those times, once he made some personal behavioral improvements (and also thanks to his undeserved popularity).

I want to quickly add before rumours spread. Whilst I think my support of Volound false DMCA takedown contributed to this I do not think it is the entire reason. I have been hostile towards CA for a while both publicly and privately.

It was a toxic relationship where I demanded they do better, and they demanded I stop being publicly angry at them. Neither side budged and we're here now.

I will continue to play the games I like and not play the games I don't like. I will buy new Total War games when they appear to be good. I want to be a force for good in this community and I know I sometimes fall short of that. Call me out on it when I do wrong. Give me a hard time and help me be the best I can be. Anything short of that would make me a hypocrite.

Corporations filing false copyright claims to take down private citizens is a dangerous precedent and it's an abuse of power. Personal opinions about Volound shouldn't play into this at all, he has the right to express himself just as much as any other person. CA should have apologized for this not only because it's the right thing to do, but also because it's terrible pr for a corporation to try and fail to silence their critics.

LegendOfWar was right to report on this. It's relevant to the Warhammer community. And now CA is blacklisting him. Instead of apologizing for their wrongdoing they are doubling down and punishing even the ones who report on them ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up.

There is no excuse, it's a blatant abuse of power to cover up a failed blatant abuse of power. There's also something to be said about the pettiness of it all.
