Blackscreen issue
Anyone can help me fix the black-screen issue I have when attempting to enter a battle my pc can run this game just fine so im confuse MIND YOU I SPENT 60 BUCKS ON THIS.

Have You verified the game files? Mods?

Also You just get what´s seen on the store page. It is how it is. 2 hours refund window to test the whole game. I´m unsure if i need to say that this paragraph is sarcasm...

In the process of validating my files I just really wanted to play the game tbh and its upsetting that this bug is occurring

Nobody likes blackscreens.

I just can say that i don´t have many problems - and never had a blackscreen in the game. Like 3 crashes in the 4.0.x patch. 2 in battle. But random. 0 crashes would be better, this way they happen rarely.

Did the game run well before - or did i misunderstand the post? Could also mean You just bought it. If the latter is the case, perhaps try to check the settings first - and perhaps run a benchmark, which is there. Just to see how that works. Take the battle benchmark - not the campaign ones. The campaign benchmarks return me like 25 fps, but the game runs okay, and the battles smooth.

Yeah I just bought the game my files just finished validating but nothing came up and still happens but ill do your suggestion and see if that fixes the issues.

One has to say that after the latest hotfix (like 24h ago) some people said that they have crashes in battle. I personally didn´t have this issue...

Crazy now my game gets to a certain loading point and crashes Ive tested it twice sad I wont get to enjoy this game as I imagined Ig ill refund it

try to disable every graphic overlay (if you use it), or the steam overlay

Thank you guys for trying to help I bought the game one more time and all I had to do was trouble shoot in properties hopefully this can help anyone else facing this issue.
