A bug with the Changeling schemes

So, I just completed my last scheme in Cathay, ( Naval Blockade ) the fourth one. Now I should be able to teleport to the battle for the final scheme... but the game just doesn't let me. I'm standing with the Changeling, but I can't teleport to the battle even if the objectives screen shows I have completed all the required schemes. What the hell is happening? Is this a bug?

This is kind of problematic since I spent a lot of time on Cathay's campaign. And I can't complete the other schemes, since Snikch is dead and the 12 battles also have a bug that doesn't allow me to complete the schemes. Any ideas on how to solve this? Any modders?
(No, I tried closing and reloading the campaign on the exact moment, but still had the very same problem)
