Clan Rictus should be reworked

I know the Skaven have a reputation for being the favorites and there are other factions in more desperate need of a rework, but I still wanted to throw that out there. Since CA has recently fallen in love with legendary heroes, the faction leader of Clan Rictus should either be changed to its actual leader, Kratch Doomclaw, or go with its most powerful warlord, Rikcruk Sliceblade (since Kratch Doomclaw is a member of the Council of Thirteen, who haven't been playable Legendary Lords up to this point), and Tretch Craventail should be made a legendary hero. A bit of a glow-up around the use of Stormvermin wouldn't go amiss either, especially one that would make Clan Rictus the go-to faction for people who want to play with Stormvermin builds instead of Clan Moulder.

But mostly Clan Rictus being lead by Tretch Craventail seems like an anachronism with so many legendary heroes being released, since Tretch is a legendary hero himself, not a lord in any sense.

Tbh, Pestilens should get a rework, so they would feel like a great Clan, instead of base game WH2 faction (aka bland).
They're suppose to be one of the big 4...

They have a lot of faction/sub-faction to rework and they can't realistically do all of them at the same time.

I think they should give Pestilens the rework, if there's one going. They suffer from being a vanilla TWW2 race and thus having no mechanics to speak of at all. I mean, so do Rictus, but Pestilens are actually a great clan that deserves the attention.

Use mods.

Skaven are probably the last faction, that needs any kind of attention now. They have simply the same issue as pretty much every other faction: The more interesting LLs and mechanics are locked behind a paywall.

I agree, that getting more interesting stuff for Rictus would be cool, but there are so many other FLC/base game LLs, that have higher prio there, that Tretch is irrelevant right now. There are whole factions "dead in the water", like Norsca and Ogres.
