Bretonnia - Is upkeep/maintenance reduction in Vows broken?

Hi, looking at Louen as the leader for Bretonnia and noted that his Knights of the Realm and others have the same maintenance cost as a brand new one (looking at the building browser). There is no reduction in maintenance despite what the vow states, played on a bit further and tested with other lords as well, same thing. So vows do not seem to be working. Has anyone else noted this or reported as bug? Thank you.

It works. Without reduction upkeep will be around 1k per unit and vow just reduce it to normal value.

Thank you for your response. However, that seems a bit odd. When you view the cost of, say, a Knight of the Realm in the unit Roster/building browser it is 238, that is the same cost in Louen's army yet he is supposed to have 'greatly reduced upkeep' for these units .... I'm not seeing how that works. Apologies if I am missing something.

That is because they list the vow as giving reduced upkeep, which is technically correct, because what actually happens is that NOT having the vow greatly increases upkeep. The vow just reduces the inflated upkeep (+200%) to the base upkeep value.
