Sound is still going out during battles.
This still isn't fixed?

First time hearing of that. Fine on my end.

It happens to me when I fight the battles manually. The only way to fix it is to exit the game and re-enter.

Here is a video I made about it.

The same thing just happened to me again.

Have you tried verifying game files? Any mods that would affect audio (custom music/sounds, etc.)?

All files validated and only graphical mods used. Not sure what could be causing it.

If all your drivers are completely up to date (not just the audio), my best guess would be the mods. Saying only graphical is meaningless. If it persists even after disabling, my next step would be to do a fresh install. As in a manual/direct uninstall of all files, not one through steam, as steam will only remove the files it expects to be there. Meaning if a mod adds something where it shouldn't be, it will remain upon uninstallation through steam (do make sure that all mods won't get redownloaded prior to attempting with this fresh installation).

If it persists through all that, then make sure to submit a bug report, and submit it without any mods activated, otherwise CA is more likely to overlook the issue, and as always the more information in the bug report the better.

Alright, I'll try that. That was very informative, thank you.

I'm having the same issue after the launch of the game, where there wasn't the workshop. The bug occur only in the battle map and I noticed that is is likely to happen when zooming in and out when third speed is running. There are times where you play for 60+ hours without issue and times where it happens 2 times in a row. Like now, the last time I've encountered it was 2 weeks ago, and just 1 time.

Not a real game breaking but surely annoying because it require the restart of the game (going in menu is not enough).

I had my sound go out once since the patch. I restarted the game (I always save right before a battle) and that fixed it but obviously that has not helped you. What a very strange bug. Perhaps mod related?:steamsad:
