Where can I recruit nasty skulkers as Grimgor?

My barracks are t2 which should have unlocked them but the game doesn't even show that the recruitment is unlocked. I cannot find the building which unlocks them - can anybody help me?

Nasty Skulkers are from the basic barracks chain, if they're unlocked there they should be available to recruit. If not, I'd say that's a bug.

if u thinkin bout gettin the dlc wait till next week, chances are high there will be a sale for skullfest....but skarsnik is worth the full price (love the lil bugger)
