Do Rat Ogres Have Warpfire And Ratling Gun Variants?

I saw in a YouTube video that a player had Rat Ogre variants. Are these in the base game or is it a mod? I've tried lots of googling but I can't seem to find anything. I also looked through the Flesh Laboratory (they were playing as Clan Moulder) but came up dry.

Anything that can shed some light would be appreciated. Thanks!

There are no stormfiends in the game without mods.

That's AoS, but there are mods in at least WH2, probably in WH3 for them.
