That is unfortunate ofc especially because your army is not a very good ambush army. What you can do in this situation is to appease Slaanesh, go east and deal with the Lizards and repell the High Elves. After 15-20 turns, when you have a second or third army you can go back east again. It's backtracking for sure but otherwise, if Slaanesh is not the aggressor and goes on the attack, it is fairly difficult to get a win here.
Ah, and maybe a tip that might help: The Slaaneshi army doesn't have any range units and their flying units are crap. Your LL is a flying Lord... The cheese is there you just need the patience for it.
