The easiest way to "teleport" Commanders in General is to replace the Commander with another one, usually a Throwaway if you dont care for the Army anyway, and then wait until he is recovered. Should take 5 turns usually. Then you can just recruit/hire him as usual. If you care for the Army you can use it as before just with the other, normal General. If not you can either disband them and the General or just run them into enemies for a bit of extra damage and money
Beastmen can also use the Beastpaths to cross slow terrair like Mountains, Rivers and Swamps faster aswell, very similar to Dwarfs and Greenskins. Depending on where youre going its sometimes faster to use them instead of Forcemarch if you choose to just walk there.
Then again Beastmen profit more from being spread out since they migrate after destroying their surroundings anyway so its actually better to fight with Taurox where he is. If you need Backup with Malagor just hire a normal Commander
Conversely having lords all over the place is not necessarily a problem for the beastmen. You can just destroy as much as you can around his current location and if he does get wiped out you can recruit him again once he recovers.
