Found an easy way to ally Tyrion as Morathi

In case anyone is interested, I've been trying to ally Tyrion as Morathi for a while now and couldn't get through the -100 aversion even with bribing him every turn. He takes Shrine of Asuryan on turn 3 so trying to rush there and build the unique building which gives +100 isn't possible.

However, if you instead rush over to the Bretonnian coast and take some territory over there while being careful not to meet his faction on the way, you can bring Grom the Paunch down to one settlement and then repeatedly farm his trait on your lords for +10 relations each. 10 times and you no longer have any aversion. More and you'll have easy friendship. Time consuming but easy to do and this should actually work for pretty much any faction that can get to Grom the Paunch without meeting Tyrion on the way.

I did something similar with Kislev before as N'kari in Realms of Chaos. I just kept beating up Daniel and eventually I had +100 diplomatic relations with Katarin and Kostaltyn who agreed to become Vassals.

Nice, I never thought to try that but it makes sense in the same way!

Just capture a couple of territories next to the faction you are interested in and gift them away, you can easily make deals already with those and will boost relations negating aversion. EX: I made Grombrindal a friend of Malekith just doing so to delete chaos and avoid those red settlements

For sure gifting settlements helps a lot with getting treaties and for lower aversion it could work but -100 aversion will catch up with you eventually even when you have a few treaties, Getting the permanent relations boost from the LL trait can counter the aversion and helps make sure they stay friendly without you having to regularly bribe them with gifts and territory.

Like I said it would not catch up coz you make deals with the faction in exchange (Non-agression, trade, military acess, alliance etc) add that to joining wars and you remove the aversion

In the End Times lore Morathi teams up with Tyrion against Malekith because she loses her mind and thinks Tyrion is her long dead husband Aenerion so falls in love with him.

Yes, that's actually what made me want to ally him as Morathi
