If a faction is playable, it isn't "minor".
Amazons have far more lore than one building, by the way.
There's a good unofficial 9e army book out there as well: https://assets.ctfassets.net/d8f8o92s2xk2/580nZ0uHR5c9Y2XznsJ2N7/2ff9b4cdc6b116979586a25a3c1f1db9/Warhammer_-_Amazons_9th_Ed_1.3.pdf
The Amazons stuff there is fan made stuff. Not endorsed by Games workshop.
Ignoring all the offical lore that already exists for them, they received more in the newest FRP book. https://cubicle7games.com/warhammer-fantasy-roleplay-lustria
That's not my point, i didn't say that Amazons are not canon. I am well aware that there is very small amount of lore regarding Amazons. Even a blood bowl team.
The fan made book is not canon even though it may draw from the minimal official sources there is creative license there that is not endorsed by games workshop.
As for the new Lustria handbook for Warhammer Role Play i am not up to speed with what content it has regarding amazons though, but if it did have sufficient information on them i'm sure people would of made a ruckus by now if there was enough there to field an army of any size as per official lore.
I linked that army book because it's good. I shouldn't have to repeat myself.
It shows that there's more than enough material to not only add the Amazons as a race in TWW3, but even make an entire game around them.
Yep i can read fine. You stated that Amazons had way more lore than one building and then proceeded to recommended an unofficial army book.
EDIT UPDATE.
That's OK, sorry please don't take me the wrong way. I did have to do a double take myself with the "unofficial" part. I do think it's important to establish whats current and factual as there is the tendency of things to be hyped up over and beyond.
Personally I'm not all that convinced with Amazons as they have really not been all that prominent up until now. Though we have seen things changed in the past with Cathay being a good example of something being completely fleshed out.
Wrong universe/setting/etc.
This game is Warhammer Fantasy, Necrons is Warhammer 40k, While Warhammer 40k was originally just a parody of Warhammer Fantasy the two settings were divided long ago and are not connected.
Southern Realms and Norse Dawi first.
Well i guess in theory we pretty much have their fantasy counterpart as the Tomb Kings.
Coom for the coom god! Thongs for the thong throne!
