Fix Ivory Road please!

Its stupid Ivory Road is just so bad right now, going through huge garrison unit, huge attrition to them all, not to mention Western Provinces can't even use any of it until they finish there first war because for some stupid reason Caravan spawns right next to there enemy start faction.

Place zero cargo on your caravans and send them out with the express purpose of getting into battles with factions you're at war with, that's what I do.

western has been fine on very hard. my caravan beat his first army

just blitz first provinces; they made it even easier

don’t get into wars in the west until later. you can’t make good use of those provinces except gnobby gorge and helman ghorst and goldtooth are pretty peaceful toward cathay

you need to have successfully attacked 30 settlements for short victory. sknitch is likely to want to brawl anyway
