Gotrek & Felix: How to get?

I don't understand, i havn't been able to get them a single time yet. I build the required building so they have a chance to appear but they never do. Am i i doing something wrong? Playing as Bretonnia at the moment

Theres a mod where you can recruit them permanently and another where they have skills and levels too

They always work for me whenever i have constructed the necessary building. Up they pop eventually.

Eventually or right away? I have just been playing for 20 turns without seeing them

eventually, there is no fixed time for them. They also can't appear if they're already part of an ai faction, you need to wait for them to move on.
You can pretty much guarantee them by rushing a tavern before turn 10, nobody else should have them at that point.

I rushed it by turn 8

gotrek and felix operate on their own schedule, you can't force it
also not sure if it still happens in warhammer 3 but in warhammer 2 they could be recruited by AI factions as well, and you as the player couldn't get them during that time
