Incarnate elemental of beasts

Has Incarnate elemental of beasts totally replace the elemental bear?

The elemental bear is really cool imo but i feel like even before he was hard to put into an army and be effective.
Now the elemental of beasts literally does everything it does but just better. Only place the bear has it beat is with defensive stats like hp and armor. Where as the new beast just shreds through large enemies and can go into infantry and shred that too because innate flock of doom.

Finally the bear you get at tier 5 building while the beasts at tier 4.

I really like how the bear looks and his animations but i have a VERY hard time trying to put him into an army now.

Thats how i feel too, i really wish they would buff the bear somehow. Not even with raw stats but maybe some extra ability to make it Different.
