Report a translation problem
The yin/yang mechanic was completely reworked in the 4.0 patch. Its now a local province effect rather then a empire wide effect (for better or worse).
So having a indicator at the top wasn't necessary anymore.
As far as i know this change was for both the Realms of Chaos and Immortal Empires. That said, i haven't actually started a Realms of Chaos campaign as Cathay to confirm this.
As an aside, while the rework is technically better than before, I find it less flavorful and interesting.
