It's not the first time this has happened, but I'm not sure if it was for TotalWar too.
With my Humble Choice subscription, it was 28% off.
Because I'm an idiot? ;)
We can only hope.
Imho the reviewbombers are way too lazy and are reviewbombing the main TW:WH3 page, in the hope they can do the most damage there. Loud people, from the comfort of their own armchair (reporting for duty general!), tend to be lazy...
So from what I can gather, those numbers actually represent a very successful DLC. It isn't that weird. Sure €25 is expensive DLC when you compare it to most other TW:WH DLC. I won't rehash the current economic climate and how different it was compared to the €19 DLC from almost 5 years ago... But if you are a Warhammer miniatures player, complaining about a €25 expansion that has three new factions, a bunch of new heroes, 11 new units and 9 new Regiments of Renown will get you laughed out of the room! They'll point at their most recent army book, that's €45, we need to replace that every 3 years or we can't play with other players, per faction! Then we need minis... See that single plastic human sized character model over there? That's €32,50! Do you know how much an army costs? Probably as much as your entire game PC!
TW:WH3 (DLC) is cheap if you're used to GW pricing! It looks like most of the complainers aren't used to GW... And price rises are also GW bread and butter! 30 years ago you bought a box of 30 plastic Space Marines for 10GBP, now you pay 40GBP for 20 Space Marines, if you're lucky! Chances are that you pay 30GBP for 10...
True. Bugatti are a pretty expensive car brand as well. Maybe VW should start pricing their family cars around the same price just to make it similar, you know. People will get used to it.
