Nurgle CULTIST bugged ?

Hey , does anyone encountered a bug where my Hero Cultist of Nurgle can't summon the gate ? the cd is blocked on "30sec" since the beggining of battle and don't move so i can't use my summon gate for anything, it looks like a bug to me, at the beginning i thought it was because i was full (20/20) even if before it didn't worked like this , but even after when one of my unit died it didn't worked ...

You have to take damage in order activate the ability and begin the cooldown. Since they are so elusive on foot, the best way to do this is to put them on a horse or maybe the Chaos shrine and run into some spearmen until they are down to 75% hp.
