The ability that makes stuff rampage? Depends on how you use it.
It forces the enemy to attack the nearest enemy in melee (for example Skarbrand alone if you position him that way and want to bunch all the enemies up and then surround them with your other troops)... It even works on ranged units... and units that would normally run away in order to cycle charge or run away in order to attack something else.
Its particularly effective against a player since it basically removes units from their control.
Rampaging units do melee.
Those annnoying pesky lords that keep dodging and running through their own lines to get away, or generally just outside of range will be forced into melee.
Rampage is exceedingly powerful. There's a reason Skarsnik was overpowered when Greenskins got reworked.
They do not fight eachother. Rampage only forces melee and takes away control.

Takes away control implies unable to give orders and use active abilities. Which means no spells. Didn't think I had to specify that.
