Asking to break a deal?

Did you notice, how easy it is, sometimes, to break a non aggresion pacts between factions? It is fun. Sometimes it causes originaly mutualy neutral factions to go into war :D They do it freely. Then you have a Tzeench special actions, costing for a generaly same thing a ton of resources :D

yep i check every single turn if any of my enemies wants to break any of their treaties with anyone

I always do that. Same with vassalizing.
For example I played Kairos and somehow managed to vassalize Tlaqua by joining his war's, giving him 5 cities I took from the other lizardmen & Teclis (4 for free and the last in the trade) so he was willing to be my slave lizard. This gave me enough time to kill Oxyotl and break with my slaanesh vassal on the east to take their province as well.
My goal was trying to steal Lord Kroak from him. Sadly he only used him as traveler to encounter the whole map.

yep, costs for diplomatic actions really need to be rebalanced too. Also it is very nice from them they made transparent and gave some value to treaties. but what does those numbers exactly tell me? for -0,3 they want from me tremendous ammount of gold to balance it out.

About vassalizing natural enemy. They will betray you nonetheless soner or later. Any vassal aside of Slaanesh or WoC one normaly breaking deals if it fits to them( which is good)

There's nothing wrong with doing bothersome stuff like this, but it's not for me.

it is a diplomatic option that is a waste of time because it doesn't do anything and it could basically be removed from the game without much happening.
