There are animations for the drum being played but only when you activate the ability. That gif is from a Turin vid and throughout it you can see the drum being played, but it does seem that the front celestial guard has no animations and just stands there doing nothing. The oxen do have attack animations, but overall it is mediocre

It's probably just bugged out like most new units are in content creator builds.

Like half the chaos dwarf roster didn't have unit card backgrounds for the streamers but they did get them at release. Same with Zhatan mount animations.
