Not necessarily. In TWW2 the TWW2 vanilla races received the lion's share of the DLCs and the old races only received one, if they did get a DLC in TWW2. It'll probably be the same for TWW3 and thus WoC has already received its DLC.

That doesn't mean Galruach won't be an FLC though as many of the FLCs LLs and now Legendary Heroes are from different races than the one's in their related paid DLC.

I am patient. I am always hoping for the Snakemen of Kuresh and the Naga Queens anyway. I think its because I had a single metal snakeman back in the day and it just looked so cool.
