ROR - Unit cap or some flexibility?
I realize the ROR are supposed to be pretty unique one off units. However with the recent update we saw that some ROR had unlimited cap on their deployment.

Now ultimately I think this is unintended and they have stated they will get it addressed. So I think that is fair. However some units in of themselves I don't think really are that amazing and thus having the ability to deploy an addition 1-2 units of them doesn't seem that beyond the pale. Under the presumption as time goes on the ROR in particular gains traction and thus can recruit more in their ranks. Or maybe include it with specific Legendary lords so they can increase their specific ROR themed around them such as Sigvalds mirror guard.

Naturally for balancing purposes it would be relegated to a very specific type of ROR typically ones based on a lower tier unit that tends to get outmodded anyway. I recognize some people would say this kills the idea of the ROR. Again predominantly being one off unique units.

However I'd argue outside you needing to desperately fill a stack or maybe reinforce for a big battle. Most of the time you probably never proactively consider them and even if you do only for a certain timeframe until you shuffle them out for a unit thats more cohesive with your army.

Like I said just an idea and only for the use case of certain units.

At this point I could believe both cases,

Part of the power of RoR units is the instant recruitment. Having access to more of these means being able to easily reinforce a region that you neglected and is now under threat.

Basically, in addition to getting a special, max ranked unit, you also get the ability to overextend your armies, while minimizing the risks. A pseudo-"raise dead" ability for every faction.

I dont think this is needed or healthy for the overall gameplay.

RoRs need to be restricted to recruiting one per turn (as in you can recruit only a single RoR every turn), doesn't matter which one. Right now their only use is to serve as emergency armies when the sleepy AI actually manages for once to get you in a bad spot and this game absolutely does not need any more lame-brained hand-holding and mollycoddling like that.
