Constantly getting army stuck near enemy settlement?

Is this something I'm doing causing this?
It's happened 3 or 4 times the last week where I attack a settlement and after combat my lord can't move and seems stuck inside the settlement.

Sounds like a bug.

Unless you’re just stuck in the Zone of Control. (The red ring around the settlements). To get out of that, just attack, then retreat, if you have the movement points.

I am having same issue right now. I am really upset about it. Because it happened for the second time! Are you planning to fix this bug?
