Realm of souls not activating.

So, here I was starting a new campaign as Followers of Nagash, and I hit a bit of a problem with the starting armies you field...

Whenever you in the fight the "realm of souls" ticker hits any of the 3 points where health regen should hit, nothing happens. You can summon the Ushabi normally when the bar fills 100% but health is not forthcoming.

Anyone else have this problem?
It is quite nice bit of longevity for early skeleton heavy armies to get.
