Game crash on manual battles
What's up friends, I just bought the game and when I started a campaign everything was going perfect until I tried to play a battle manually, when it loaded it was a little over 94% until it took me out of the game, also with the prologue. I tried again several times and the same thing kept happening.
I did the performance tests and also in the battle test it took me out; I tried several methods such as updating my drivers and even uninstalling the game and reinstalling them but the problem persists. I don't know if it's because of my PC or problems with the new update, but it's already being annoying. Someone has had the same problem and found a solution, because some guides I searched to solve this have not helped me so far.

I have already pass my case over to the forum, but I have been waiting for more than 3 days for a response. Despite sending everything they asked for, they have not given me any solution. Awful attention from CA.
