Vampire Count buildings

What do you generally build in Vampire Count minor settlements? Repression buildings for money seems obvious. And generally a boneyard for Necromancers cap. And then if you are going to recruitment from the province perhaps a Mausoleum for Grave Guard recruitment. And if you are worried about its safety maybe a Garrison.

But...that means you've got one or two empty slots in minor settlements.
