I thought not, it's not the story the empire will tell you. It's a Chaos legend. Slambo was the first Everchosen of Chaos, so powerful and so gifted. That he can use his axes to manipulate the winds of magic to create daemons. He had such knowledge of Chaos that he can even make his most trusted followers to becoming daemon princes. The mutation of Chaos is a pathway to many abilities some may considered to be unnatural. He became so powerful.... The only thing he was afraid of was losing his power. Which eventually of course he did. Unfortunately he told the first daemon prince apprentice everything he knew. Than his apprentice killed him in his sleep. Ironic. He could make mortals daemon princes. but not himself.
